This Privacy & Health Data Consent ("Consent") explains what personal and health data AllesHealth GmbH ("AllesHealth", "we") collects through Aeonix, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. "Aeonix" means AllesHealth's preventive health screening platform, including the Aeonix mobile application and the Aeonix website, and this Consent applies equally regardless of which channel you use to register or book a screening. It supplements the Aeonix Terms of Use. Because Aeonix involves health data, Swiss and EU data protection law requires your explicit, informed consent before we process it — please read this document carefully.

1. Who Is Responsible for Your Data

AllesHealth GmbH, Apfelterstrasse 7B, 4132 Muttenz, Switzerland (UID CHE-202.462.111), is the controller responsible for your personal data processed through Aeonix, whether collected via the mobile app or the website, within the meaning of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection ("FADP") and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").

2. What We Collect

Registration and account data: name, date of birth, contact details, login credentials;
Booking data: appointment details, selected Standard Package or add-on screening, collection centre, and whether the booking was made through the app or the website;
Health data: Clinical Output (structured laboratory results) generated by our Laboratory Partner, and Customer-Facing Output (the results and trends displayed to you);
Usage data: how you interact with the Aeonix app and website, device and log information, and, where you use the website, standard web analytics and cookie data (see Section 7).

3. How We Use Your Data

To deliver the Aeonix service: booking your screening (via app or website), coordinating sample collection with our Laboratory Partner, and displaying your results;
To generate the wellness trends and historical comparisons shown to you in Aeonix;
To provide customer support and respond to your enquiries;
To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, including record-keeping obligations under Swiss health law.

AllesHealth does not sell your personal or health data, and does not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Health data is a special category of data under the FADP and GDPR. We process it on the basis of your explicit consent, which you give by accepting this Consent — whether in the app or on the website — before booking your first screening. You may withdraw your consent at any time as described in Section 10; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal, and may mean AllesHealth can no longer provide you the Service.

5. Sharing With Our Laboratory Partner

To perform your screening, AllesHealth shares the personal data necessary for sample collection and testing (such as your name, date of birth, and selected package) with our Laboratory Partner (currently LabPoint Laboratoires Médicaux SA). Our Laboratory Partner acts as an independent controller in respect of its own regulatory obligations as a Swiss medical laboratory (including cantonal health law and professional secrecy rules), and as a processor on AllesHealth's behalf when generating and transmitting your Clinical Output to us. AllesHealth's contract with our Laboratory Partner requires data protection safeguards no less protective than those described in this Consent.

We do not share your health data with any other third party except: (a) other healthcare professionals at your specific request, (b) service providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations (e.g. secure hosting providers, or website analytics providers acting under our instructions), or (c) where required by law or a competent authority.

6. Data Hosting, Security and Location

Your data is hosted exclusively within Switzerland and/or the European Union.

All transmission of your health data between AllesHealth and our Laboratory Partner is encrypted using AES-256 or an equivalent standard.

We maintain access controls, audit logging, and staff confidentiality undertakings appropriate to the sensitivity of health data.

In the event of a personal data breach affecting your data, we will notify you and the competent supervisory authority without undue delay, as required by applicable law.

7. Website Use and Cookies

If you visit or book a screening through the Aeonix website, we and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember your preferences, keep you logged in, and understand how the website is used. Where required by applicable law, we will ask for your consent to non-essential cookies through a cookie banner on the website. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may prevent you from completing a booking.

8. International Transfers

AllesHealth does not transfer your health data outside Switzerland or the European Union. If this were to change, we would only do so with your prior consent and appropriate legal safeguards under the FADP and GDPR.

9. Data Retention

We retain your health data for as long as your account is active and for such further period as required by Swiss medical record-keeping obligations applicable to AllesHealth or our Laboratory Partner, after which it is deleted or anonymised, subject to any longer retention required by law.

10. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

Access the personal and health data we hold about you;
Request correction of inaccurate data;
Request erasure of your data, subject to our legal retention obligations;
Request a portable copy of your data;
Withdraw your consent to the processing of your health data at any time;
Lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, where applicable, your local EU data protection authority.

11. Children's Privacy

Aeonix is intended for use by individuals aged 18 and over. Where a parent or legal guardian provides consent on behalf of a minor, that parent or guardian is responsible for the accuracy of the consent given and for supervising the minor's data in Aeonix.

12. Changes to This Consent

We may update this Consent from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, our Laboratory Partners, or applicable law. We will notify you of material changes through the app or website and, where the change affects the processing of your health data, will ask for your renewed consent before it takes effect.

14. Your Consent

By tapping or clicking "I Agree" — whether in the Aeonix app or on the Aeonix website — you confirm that you have read and understood this Privacy & Health Data Consent, and you explicitly consent to AllesHealth's collection, use, and sharing of your personal and health data as described above, including its sharing with our Laboratory Partner for the purpose of performing your preventive health screening.
